Greek Pasta Salad
Greek salad is possibly the most loved summer salad on the Mediterranean. This version is an even tastier version: Greek Pasta Salad.
This Greek pasta salad is easy to make and incredibly tasty. Nothing goes better in the warm season than a big, refreshing bowl of colorful veggies, delicious feta cheese, olive oil, a sprinkle of oregano, and your favorite pasta—all of which will have you dreaming of holidays.
Greek Pasta Salad
Inspired by the traditional Greek salad, this Greek pasta salad is an easy-to-make dish that's perfect for lunch or a great addition to a BBQ.
Ingredients
- 300 g cooked and cooled pasta
- 3 large tomatoes (equivalent amount of cherry tomatoes)
- 1 red onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 100 g olives
- 1-2 small cucumbers
- 20 ml olive oil
- Salt pepper to taste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 200 g feta cheese
Instructions
- Begin by slicing all the vegetables, then place them in a bowl.
- You can choose to cut the feta cheese into cubes and add it over the vegetables, or leave it whole (as seen in the photos).
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add the cooked and cooled pasta.
- Sprinkle with oregano and stir.
- Enjoy!
