Ingredients
- 1 can sardines in oil (7–8 sardines, well drained)
- 120 g cream cheese about ½ cup
- 1- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 1 small bunch fresh parsley , finely chopped
- a few drops of lemon juice to taste

- Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped green onions and parsley.
