1 can sardines in oil (7–8 sardines, well drained) 120 g cream cheese about ½ cup 1- 2 green onions finely chopped 1 small bunch fresh parsley , finely chopped a few drops of lemon juice to taste
In a medium bowl, mash the sardines with a fork until finely broken down.
Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
Stir in the chopped green onions and parsley.
Add a few drops of lemon juice to taste, adjusting for acidity.
Serve on toast, crackers, or alongside fresh vegetables.
