Sardines Tartare
This delicious sardines tartare recipe was submitted to Chef’s Pencil by one of Croatia’s best chefs – Marina Gaši. Marina is the owner and chef of a seaside restaurant in Croatia where the main attraction are its delicious fresh seafood dishes.

Sardines Tartare
Ingredients
- 500 gr sardines
- salt
- curry
- ginger powder
- soy sauce
- extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Clean well the sardines and remove the skin and bones.
- Cut the sardines with a well sharpened knife and add all the ingredients. Mix with a fork.
- Serve with pickled onions.
