Lemon-Caper Tuna Dip

Ingredients
 
 

  • 100 g canned tuna
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 15 g capers
  • 1/2 lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 20 g pickled jalapenos
  • 20 g pickled onions (optional)
  • dill (to garnish; optional)
  • crackers (knackerbrod, crispbread, toast)

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add the canned tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and a few capers and process until a smooth paste is obtained.
  • Spread the mix on the crackers and garnish with jalapeno, pickled onions and capers.
