Lemon-Caper Tuna Dip

This is a delicious appetizer that's super easy to make.

- 100 g canned tuna
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 15 g capers
- 1/2 lemon
- salt
- pepper
- 20 g pickled jalapenos
- 20 g pickled onions (optional)
- dill (to garnish; optional)
- crackers (knackerbrod, crispbread, toast)
In a blender add the canned tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and a few capers and process until a smooth paste is obtained.
Spread the mix on the crackers and garnish with jalapeno, pickled onions and capers.
