Greek Beer & Cheese Dip
This creamy beer dip from Chef Giorgos Tsoulis blends the smooth richness of cream cheese with the foamy bite of blonde beer, creating a dip that’s both bold and comforting. Smoked paprika and hot sauce add a gentle heat and depth, while sweet Florina peppers bring a burst of Mediterranean flavor and color. It’s quick to make, beautifully balanced, and impossible to stop dipping into.
Perfect for game days, casual get-togethers, or as an upgrade to your everyday snacks, this dip pairs perfectly with pretzels, crackers, or even fresh vegetables.
Its tangy, smoky taste also makes it a great topping for grilled meats or a flavorful dressing for salads. However you serve it, this beer dip is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser — simple, satisfying, and uniquely Greek.

Love that this can double as a sauce too. I’ll be making it to serve with fried chicken next 👍
