This unique dip from Chef Giorgos Tsoulis combines the rich, foamy flavor of beer with a few “secret” ingredients to create a deeply satisfying and flavorful spread.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 400 g cream cheese
  • ½ Florina pepper (or red bell pepper) chopped in cubes
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 80 ml blonde beer
  • salt
  • pepper

To serve:

  • pretzel sticks and crackers

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add the cream cheese, beer, paprika, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir with a spoon until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the chopped pepper and mix again.
  • Serve the beer dip with pretzels and crackers. Enjoy!

Notes

Chef's Tip:This dip also works great as a salad dressing or a sauce for fried chicken.
