400 g cream cheese ½ Florina pepper (or red bell pepper) chopped in cubes 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp hot sauce 80 ml blonde beer salt pepper To serve: pretzel sticks and crackers
In a bowl, add the cream cheese, beer, paprika, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir with a spoon until smooth and creamy.
Add the chopped pepper and mix again.
Serve the beer dip with pretzels and crackers. Enjoy!
Chef's Tip: This dip also works great as a salad dressing or a sauce for fried chicken.
