Baked Banana Protein Oat Pudding

This baked banana protein oat pudding is a simple, nourishing breakfast (or post work-out treat) that comes together in minutes. Made with ripe banana, oats, yogurt, and a boost of protein powder, it bakes into a soft, lightly sweet pudding with a cake-like texture. The natural sweetness of the banana means no added sugar is needed, while the berries add a fresh, slightly tart contrast.

Perfect as a single-serve breakfast or healthy dessert and snack, this recipe is both satisfying and versatile. Enjoy it warm straight from the oven or let it cool for a firmer texture: either way, it’s a balanced, protein-rich option that feels indulgent while staying wholesome.
