1 medium ripe banana (the riper, the sweeter) 1 egg 1 tablespoon vanilla or unflavored protein powder ⅓ cup rolled oats (about 30 g) ¼ cup plain drinking yogurt (about 60 ml) fresh or frozen berries (e.g., blueberries or raspberries)
Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
Lightly grease a ceramic ramekin or small baking dish.
Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
Add the egg, protein powder, oats, and yogurt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekin and smooth the top. Scatter the berries over the surface.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
Serve warm or allow to cool before serving.
