Pancakes with Brie Cream, Honey and Walnuts
Pancakes are a classic breakfast favorite and can be enjoyed in countless ways. But have you ever tried adding brie cheese, honey, and walnuts?

The creamy brie brings a rich depth to the pancakes, while the honey’s sweetness balances out the saltiness of the cheese. The walnuts add a delightful crunch and nutty flavor, making every bite a delightful sensory experience.
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg with the milk and sparkling water, then add the flour and baking powder.
In a frying pan over medium heat add a drizzle of neutral oil and one spoonful of the pancake mixture at a time.
Leave the pancake on one side until the air bubbles that appear on the surface begin to burst and then flip. Stack them as you cook the rest.
For the brie cream:
In a small saucepan, heat the cooking cream over low heat and add the diced Brie cheese, stirring until smooth.

Pancakes:
- 1 egg
- 150 ml milk
- 75 ml sparkling water
- 175 g flour
- 5 g baking powder
Brie Cream
- 100 g brie cheese
- 100 g cooking cream
Topping
- 30 g honey
- 60 g walnuts
Instructions

Notes
Tip: If you don’t have brie in your pantry, you can substitute brie for camembert.
