Musse de Maracujá

This passion fruit mousse is a popular Brazilian dessert, and it’s no wonder – it’s probably one of the quickest and most delicious desserts you can whip up in just 15 minutes.

The combination of creamy mousse and the slightly sour passion fruit topping is hard to resist. Really, the only difficult part of this recipe is summoning the patience to wait an hour for the cream to set!

Enjoy!

Ideally served ice cold, there’s no better choice if you want a refreshing dessert when the heat of the Christmas summer starts getting a bit too much.
