concentrated passion fruit juice
1 ⅓
cup
heavy cream
For the topping:
passion fruit pulp
sugar
to taste
Instructions
Blend all the mousse ingredients for 2 minutes.
Pour into a deep serving platter or individual bowls and freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
Before serving, heat up the passion fruit pulp and dissolve some sugar (however sweet you prefer it) and add on top of each serving as a garnish.
