Cherry Cheesecake in a Jar

Cherry cheesecake in a jar is a quick, easy, and delicious dessert to make. You can use jars or glasses for this recipe.

This dessert is perfect for when you’re in a rush or when you simply want something sweet without too much fuss.

Since it takes less than half an hour to make, there’s plenty of time to enjoy it in peace and quiet with your loved ones. So, quick, no-bake cherry cheesecake: the jar version.

Ingredients
 
 

Ingredients:

  • 100 g soft biscuits
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Cherry sauce

  • 300 g cherries
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 g sugar

Instructions
 

How to make CHERRY CHEESECAKE IN A JAR:

  • Start with the cherry sauce.
  • Wash the cherries and remove the stones and stems.
  • Put the cherries on the heat together with the water and sugar.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • When the sauce is ready, leave it to cool for 10 minutes.
  • While making the sauce, mix the cream cheese well with the lemon juice, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar.
  • Crumble the biscuits in a food processor or simply with a twister on a chopping board.
  • Prepare 3-4 medium jars.
  • Fill the glasses, alternating between biscuits, cherry sauce, and cream cheese.
  • Top with cherry sauce.
  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and then enjoy a refreshing and aromatic dessert. Enjoy!
