Start with the cherry sauce.
Wash the cherries and remove the stones and stems.
Put the cherries on the heat together with the water and sugar.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When the sauce is ready, leave it to cool for 10 minutes.
While making the sauce, mix the cream cheese well with the lemon juice, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar.
Crumble the biscuits in a food processor or simply with a twister on a chopping board.
Prepare 3-4 medium jars.
Fill the glasses, alternating between biscuits, cherry sauce, and cream cheese.
Top with cherry sauce.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and then enjoy a refreshing and aromatic dessert. Enjoy!
P.S. I told you it was simple, and I wasn't kidding. Will you try it?
