Peach Barbeque Sauce

This smooth, fruity barbecue sauce blends ripe peaches with tomato, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar for a balance of sweetness and tang. It’s perfect for brushing over grilled chicken, pork, or ribs, or serving as a dipping sauce alongside smoky barbecue favorites.

5 cup peaches ,peeled and pitted 3 garlic cloves minced 2 shallots finely chopped 6 oz tomato paste 3 tbsp Dijon mustard 3/4 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp butter salt to taste
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and shallots and sauté until soft and fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
Stir in the tomato paste and Dijon mustard and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the peaches, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes, until the peaches are very soft.
Purée the mixture until smooth using a blender or immersion blender. Season with salt to taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.
