A quick and flavorful Mediterranean-style olive oil dip made with balsamic vinegar, herbs, chili flakes, Parmesan, and finely chopped olives. Perfect for serving with toasted bread, breadsticks, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Add the chili flakes, dried oregano, garlic powder, and sea salt.
Mix well, then stir in the grated Parmesan and chopped olives.
Let the dip rest at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
Chef tip: For the best flavor, use good-quality extra virgin olive oil and a mix of green, Kalamata and black olives. Taste before adding too much salt, as both olives and Parmesan are already salty.
