In a cooking pan, add the peanut butter, water, sunflower oil, and butter. Cook on a medium heat mixing till smooth and homogenized.
Put the the sugar and eggs in mixer bowl and mix well till softened. Then add the milk and continue mixing.
In another bowl, add all the sifted dry ingredients then add them to the mixture in the blender bowl. Continue mixing.
Finally, add the mixture from step 1 above to the blender bowl and continue mixing until homogenized.
Sprinkle some flour around the cake form before pouring in the mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 175 °C (347 ℉) for approximately 45-50 minutes.
How to Make the Glaze:
Put the ingredients into a glass bowl and put in the microwave for approximately 15-20 seconds so that they warm up and are softened. If they are not warm enough, microwave for a little longer.
