Instructions
Chicken Wings
Clean the wings if necessary and remove the tips. Season with salt and pepper and place them on a baking tray. Coat with the honey and dark beer.
Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (356° F). Remove the foil and cook for 5 more minutes.
Mashed Potatoes
Boil the potatoes, drain, and mash them.
Add the butter and milk and whisk until they reach the desired consistency.
Tomato Sauce
Place the tomatoes in a blender. Cook the brown sugar and the other ingredients in a non-stick pan. When they start to brown, add the apple vinegar.
Add the tomatoes, stir everything together and let the sauce cook until it reaches the right consistency.
