Instructions
Peel the apples and chop them into chunks. Sprinkle them with some lemon juice to prevent the browning and put them in big pot.
Add a few cups of water depending on your size pot. Basically, put the apples in a few centimeters of water.
Cover and simmer the apples until they become fully cooked, occasionally sprinkling sugar over them.
Leave it chunky or smash it slightly to create a finer texture. Taste and adjust the sweetness or the flavor of cinnamon as preferred.
