Whipped Feta Cheese with Greens

A delicious appetizer, breakfast or light lunch, this whipped feta dip pairs well with toast, crackers, pretzels or a fresh salad.

- 250 g feta cheese
- 50 ml cold water
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1-2 green onions
- Fresh dill to taste
Mix the grated feta cheese, cold water, Greek yogurt, fresh greens and olive oil with a blender.
Pour the feta cream cheese into a bowl or deep dish.
Sprinkle dried oregano on top.
Optionally drizzle with a few drops of olive oil. You can also add chili flakes for a slightly spicy taste.
