Whipped Feta Cheese with Greens

A delicious appetizer, breakfast or light lunch, this whipped feta dip pairs well with toast, crackers, pretzels or a fresh salad.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 50 ml cold water
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1-2 green onions
  • Fresh dill to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix the grated feta cheese, cold water, Greek yogurt, fresh greens and olive oil with a blender.
  • Pour the feta cream cheese into a bowl or deep dish.
  • Sprinkle dried oregano on top.
  • Optionally drizzle with a few drops of olive oil. You can also add chili flakes for a slightly spicy taste.
