Traditional Greek Salad with Feta Cheese

A simple recipe for the traditional Greek salad with feta cheese, the most popular Greek cheese.

- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 100 g olives
- 1-2 small cucumbers
- 20 ml olive oil
- Salt pepper to taste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 200 g feta cheese
Begin by slicing all the vegetables and placing them in a bowl.
Cut the feta cheese into cubes and mix it with the vegetables.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle in the oregano and stir.
Optional: You can also serve the salad in a shallow bowl with a block of feta cheese, drizzled with olive oil and a pinch of oregano.
