Ingredients
 
 

Salad:

  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 1 parsnip
  • 2 carrots
  • 100 g cooked chicken or beef
  • 3 pickled cucumbers
  • 50 g peas

Homemade Mayonnaise

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50-60 ml olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 lemon Lemon Juice

Garnish

  • olives
  • slices pickled bell peppers
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

Instructions:

  • Boil the vegetables and meat, then remove and allow to cool. Once cooled, chop them up finely.
  • Chop the pickled cucumbers finely and add to the bowl.
  • Boil the peas well and add them to the salad.
  • Prepare the mayonnaise with egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil and put it over the salad.
  • Beef salad can be garnished with olives, cucumber slices and parsley.
