Giorgos Tsoulis
Muhammara is a rich and flavorful Middle Eastern dip made with roasted red peppers, walnuts, tahini, and pomegranate molasses. Slightly smoky, sweet, tangy, and gently spicy, it’s a delicious appetizer or mezze dish served with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
