2-3 cm (about 1 inch) thick

all-purpose flour

medium eggs

sesame seeds
pepper
sunflower oil
for frying
For serving:
honey
Instructions
In 3 separate bowls, place the flour with a little pepper, lightly whisked eggs, and the sesame seeds.
Take each slice of feta and coat with the flour, cover with egg, and then with the sesame seeds.
Fry over medium heat until golden.
Serve with honey.
Notes
Be careful not to heat the oil too much because the sesame will burn and the cheese inside will not melt.
