Canned Tuna Meatballs

An easy-to-make canned tuna meatball recipe that requires under 10 minutes to prep and just a handful of ingredients. Enjoy them alongside mashed potatoes, mashed peas, or with a fresh salad.

1 can of tuna well drained 2 cloves of garlic minced or chopped 1 egg 3 tbsp breadcrumbs or flour salt to taste pepper to taste 2-3 sprigs dill or parsley
With a fork, flake the tuna into a bowl.
Stir in the egg, herbs, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs, mixing until you get a firm mixture.
Preheat the oven to 190 °C/375 °F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Shape the balls, approx. 3 cm (~1 inch) in diameter, with slightly wet palms and place them on the baking tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are nice and brown.
Enjoy with your favorite dressing, in sandwiches, or paired with a colorful salad.
