Ingredients
 
 

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 100 g valerian or salad mix
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 5 radishes
  • 400 g canned chickpeas
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 5 g tahini
  • 3 g cumin Turkish cumin
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

Hummus:

  • Drain the canned chickpeas and combine in a bowl with the lemon juice, 1 floz of olive oil, a little water, garlic, tahini paste, cumin, salt and pepper.

Cajun Chicken

  • Cut the chicken breast into strips and season with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper.
  • Fry the chicken in a non-stick pan with a little olive oil.
  • Slıce the radishes and cut the cucumber and tomatoes ınto small cubes.
  • Mix the valerian, cucumbers, tomatoes, and radishes. For the salad dressing mix some lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
