Serve nalysnyky with sour cream and jam, honey, fresh berries or banana slices.
In a small bowl, combine cheese, egg, salt, sugar, and, if desired, dill, using a fork until well blended. If the cheese mixture is too dry, you can add a small amount of cream to achieve the desired consistency.
Spread approximately 1/3 cup of the filling evenly over the surface, making sure to leave some space along the edges. Next, fold in both sides, and then roll it up, similar to how you would roll a jelly roll.
Heat a saucepan and place the berries and juice inside. Once the berries begin to simmer, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until a saucy consistency. Set aside. Pour the warm berry sauce over the top and serve with sour cream.
Alternatively, you may opt for the apple and cinnamon filling.
To prepare this filling, grate apples coarsely and sprinkle them generously with cinnamon and sugar.
Mix well and leave in a large bowl for 10-15 minutes. Press any excess moist out to ensure that the mixture does not tear the crepe.
