1 oz. Aged White Wine Vinegar

4 oz. blended olive oilor veg oil (50/50)

1.5 teaspoons dried oregano

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

This baby romaine, kale and avocado salad AKA the Health Nut is a great healthy choice which can be enjoyed as a first course or as a side dish to a tasty burger.

How to Prepare the Salad:
- Toss the ingredients together in a bowl, and serve.
How to Make the Oregano Lime Vinaigrette:
- Whisk the ingredients and leave to sit for 45 mins.
