Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
4 cups Baby Romaine and Kale Mixture half of each
1 Pc Heat of Palm chopped
6-8 cherry heirloom tomatoes halved
half avocado sliced
1 Teaspoon toasted pumpkin seeds
2 oz. Oregano Lime Vinaigrette
Oregano Lime Vinaigrette:
1 oz. Aged White Wine Vinegar
4 oz. blended olive oil or veg oil (50/50)
1.5 teaspoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

This baby romaine, kale and avocado salad AKA the Health Nut is a great healthy choice which can be enjoyed as a first course or as a side dish to a tasty burger.

  1. Toss the ingredients together in a bowl, and serve.

  1. Whisk the ingredients and leave to sit for 45 mins.
