A must have in every bar and equally useful in the kitchen.

Sugar syrup is to the bar what stocks are to the kitchen. Simple to make and an indispensable staple item to have on hand.

  1. Place 1 cup of sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Add 1 cup of water and stir.
  3. Place on high heat and stir until boiling.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until all the sugar has dissolved.
  5. Allow to cool before storing.
  6. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
