1 LettuceFinely chopped

Directions
Preparing pozole is not an impossible mission. Pamper your family and friends with this delicious red pozole recipe and become an expert in Mexican cuisine.
How to Make Pozole:
- Heat a large pot of water.
- Add the onion, garlic, salt, meat, and ribs.
- After a while, lower the flame and let the meat cook for about 2.5 hours or until it falls off the bone.
- While the meat is cooking, remove the layer of foam and fat that forms on the surface of the broth.
- If necessary, add more hot water to maintain the same level of broth in the pot.
- When the meat is cooked, separate it from the broth.
- Remove the excess fat, rib bones, onion, and garlic.
- To prepare the salsa, soak the ancho peppers and guajilos for 25 minutes in water.
- Once the chilies are soft, drain them and place them in the blender along with the garlic, onion, and oregano.
- Add a little water and blend until it has the consistency of a soft sauce.
