Directions
When life gives you peaches, turn them into a barbecue sauce!
How to Make Peach Barbeque Sauce:
- Saute garlic and shallots in butter until soft.
- Add tomato paste and dijon mustard saute 2 mins.
- Add peaches, brown sugar and cider vinegar, simmer 15-20 mins.
- Puree mixture until smooth, add salt to taste.
