Directions
How to Prepare the Dough:
- Mix the egg with sugar and salt, add sifted flour and milk – stir with a whisk.
- Add baking powder, melted butter and vegetable.
- Mix everything with a blender and strain through a sieve, let stand for 10 minutes and after that you can bake it.
How to Make the Sauce:
- Cut the Red onion and the red Bulgarian pepper into cut into small cubes (1 * 1mm)
- Finely chop the garlic,
- Mix everything well- thyme, mustard sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, sweet chili sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, powdered sugar, honey, mayonnaise, salt, ground black pepper.
- Add Arugula, crab, avocado and sliced cucumber and mixed them with sauce and caviar – the filling is ready.
