160 g Butter

160 g Brown Sugar

140 g almond powder

4 Eggs

50 g cornstarch

1 orange zest
Directions
How to Make the Fondant:
- Start by mixing the butter (room temperature) and brown sugar.
- Add the almond powder then the eggs one by one.
- Finish with the cornstarch and the orange zest.
- Cover your mold with butter and brown sugar before pouring in the mixture. (26cm by 10cm)
- Cook at 180 C degrees around 35 minutes.
