Fondant:
160 g Butter
160 g Brown Sugar
140 g almond powder
4 Eggs
50 g cornstarch
1 orange zest

How to Make the Fondant:

  1. Start by mixing the butter (room temperature) and brown sugar.
  2. Add the almond powder then the eggs one by one.
  3. Finish with the cornstarch and the orange zest.
  4. Cover your mold with butter and brown sugar before pouring in the mixture. (26cm by 10cm)
  5. Cook at 180 C degrees around 35 minutes.
