Directions
Olivye (Olivier) salad is a traditional dish served at most family get-togethers, in restaurants, at parties, and for New Year’s, Christmas, and Easter holidays. The salad is creamy, delicious, and very filling. All those delicious and tender ingredients create a perfectly balanced and nutritiously rich salad.
How to Make Olivye Salad:
- Chop all of the ingredients into fairly uniform small cubes (except for the peas). Pea-sized is a good size for the cubes.
- Mix all the ingredients together well. Add the mayonnaise, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Keep in mind that you can vary the quantities based on personal preference; the quantities here are fairly similar amounts for each of the various ingredients.
