500 grams Sardine fish (mathi, seer or any other fish)
1 cup Shallots , Kokum (Malabar Tamarind) chopped
2 tomatoes pureed
1-1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 tablespoon red chilli powder (add more if you like more spicy)
1 tablespoon coriander powder (Dhania)
1 teaspoon Fennel powder
1-1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
4 Kokum (Malabar Tamarind)
4 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds (Rai/ Kadugu)
1 sprig Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Water as required
