1 tbsp cashews
1 tbsp almonds sliced
Oil for frying Boondhis
Sugar Syrup
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
½ tsp cardamom powder
¼ tsp Orange Food Color
1 tsp Rose water
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
