Directions
How to Make the Moelleux:
- Mix the eggs with the sugar and salt.
- Then add the almond powder and the cream.
- Finish with the cornstarch and baking powder previously mixed together.
How to Make the Crumble:
- Mix all the ingredients and shape it into a cylinder.
- Put in the freezer and then grate it like you would a ?
- Cover your mold with butter and brown sugar before pouring in the mixture.
- Add the fruits of your choice and cooking for 5 minutes at 180C degrees.
- Take out from the oven and add the crumble on the top.
- Cooking everything again for 10 minutes.
