Ingredients

Moelleux:
1 egg
1 Egg Yolks
1 p Sea Salt
70 g almond powder
70 g Brown Sugar
70 g Cream
10 g cornstarch
1 g Baking Powder
Crumble:
25 g Butter
25 g almond powder
25 g Flour
25 g Brown Sugar
1 p Sea Salt

How to Make the Moelleux:

  1. Mix the eggs with the sugar and salt.
  2. Then add the almond powder and the cream.
  3. Finish with the cornstarch and baking powder previously mixed together.

How to Make the Crumble:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and shape it into a cylinder.
  2. Put in the freezer and then grate it like you would a ?
  3. Cover your mold with butter and brown sugar before pouring in the mixture.
  4. Add the fruits of your choice and cooking for 5 minutes at 180C degrees.
  5. Take out from the oven and add the crumble on the top.
  6. Cooking everything again for 10 minutes.
  7. Now you can decorate with all your love ?
