Directions
Today I decided to prepare the Marble cake classic version with icing sugar.
Here are some of the utensils you will need: 1 baking tray, mixer, Bundt pan, 1 scales/measuring cup, sieve, dough scraper, and fork.
How to Make Marble Cake:
- Cut the soft butter into small pieces and beat it until creamy, then gradually add the sugar and keep stirring. Add the 4 eggs one at a time and mix everything together.
- Add the vanilla sugar, lemon peel, flour, baking powder, and milk. Mix everything together.
- Grease a baking pan with a small piece of butter and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Place 2/3 of the dough in the baking pan.
- Add the cocoa powder and 3 drops of milk to the remaining dough and mix everything with a mixer.
- Now pour the dark dough in the baking pan, smooth it over and drag a fork through the dough, giving you beautiful marbling.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approx. 60 minutes at 180°C with the fan on. The baking time may vary, so don’t forget about the toothpick test.
