Directions
How to Make Majarete Boricua:
- Mix the dry ingredients first: sugar, cinnamon and rice flour. . This will prevent lumps when adding liquid form.
- Put the remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan and cook over a moderate heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Pour into a large mold or individual molds. Let cool and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before eating.
