Ice trout is an easy-to-make delicious appetizer that celebrates the spirit of Estonian cuisine – using raw, sustainable ingredients that nature has to offer.

How to Cook it:
- Deep freeze the whole trout. For serving cut very thin slices.
- Mix wasabi paste, mayonnaise and soy sauce.
- Deep fry shrimp chips.
- Serve as on the picture
