‘This little light of mine, I’m going to let it shine’  These words feel really apt for today’s post as I burnt the candle at both ends (literally) to make this but I was so determined and I am ecstatic with the result…just a reminder we can all shine bright when we put our minds to it!

I made the candle mould from a water bottle, used white chocolate to coat the inside and create the shape, filled it with a tiramisu filling (eggless) and inserted a wick…just absolutely delicious!! Loved every bite!

How to Make Edible Tiramisu Candle :

  1. Set the white chocolate in the mold;
  2. Remove the plastic around the candle;
  3. Insert sponge fingers biscuits soaked in coffee;
  4. Cover with creamy mascarpone filling;
  5. Dust with cocoa powder;
