- Continue cooking until both the gizzards and chicken feet are fully tender.
- Next, incorporate the oil into the mixture and cook until the chicken livers turn brown, stirring consistently.
- Add the onions and peppers, and sauté them for about a minute. Then, introduce the garlic and spices to the pan.
- Now, add the kale or rape greens and stir until they wilt down.
- Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
