How to Make Chicken Gango:

  1. Start by boiling the gizzards until they’re nearly tender, then introduce the chicken feet into the pot.
  2. Continue cooking until both the gizzards and chicken feet are fully tender.
  3. Next, incorporate the oil into the mixture and cook until the chicken livers turn brown, stirring consistently.
  4. Add the onions and peppers, and sauté them for about a minute. Then, introduce the garlic and spices to the pan.
  5. Now, add the kale or rape greens and stir until they wilt down.
  6. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve your delicious Chicken Gango immediately, pairing it with either sadza or rice. Enjoy!
