150 g all purpose flour

1 tbsp vanilla sugar

1 tsp Baking Powder

2 tbsp blackberry powder

2 tbsp blueberry powder

150 ml almond milk

1 tbsp plant based syrup

1 ripe bananas

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings:
-
hot blueberries
-
fresh blueberries and blackberries

almond yoghurt
Directions
How to Make the Blueberries & Beetroot Pancakes:
- Mix all dry ingredients, except fruit powders until well combined.
- Then add blackberry and blueberry powders, stir it well.
- Mix all liquid ingredients with the mashed banana, combine it with the dry ingredients and stir it until the batter gets homogenous.
- Heat up a pan over medium heat, add some coconut oil and put 1 tspb batter per pancake into the pan.
- Flip it when bubbles appear.
- Top it with plant based yoghurt, and fresh berries. Enjoy!
