How to Make Argolinhas de Natal:

  1. Beat the eggs well with the sugar and mix in the milk, olive oil, brandy, and lemon zest. Leave aside.
  2. Mix the dough with your hand.
  3. Make sure the dough is well kneaded.
  4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Make the dough into ringlets.
  6. Start frying them in hot oil.
  7. Once fried, leave to dry.
  8. Finally, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
