YORK Cookery School
Out of their wish “to provide York with a vibrant cookery school that gives people a great opportunity to develop their cooking and baking skills”, Kate and Fraser Clarkson set up YORK Cookery School in 2012, to expand their existing business by bringing a broad range of cooking experiences to a wider audience.
They offer tuition in many styles of cooking and baking with classes that have been honed over the years to enable their chef tutors to deliver their very best and pass on their skills and expertise. A wide variety of classes, courses and events are available: Asian cuisine, baking & bread making, patisserie chocolate & pastry, cake baking & decorating and also a Young chefs’ workshops.
