The London Chef
The London Chef is run by partners Dan and Micayla Hayes and focuses on creating delicious meals that are budget-friendly and fun to make. The school hosts a variety of professional chefs and instructors giving students an interesting perspective on culinary subjects. Its cooking school offers both public and private classes. The public classes tend to have anywhere from four to twenty students and teach different topics throughout the month, including a few international cuisines. Public classes are geared toward both adults and youths. The London Chef’s private classes are a bit pricier but are catered to each student’s wishes. Some popular themes for private classes include Tuscan dishes, French bistro classics, and Vancouver Island seafood. A few of the courses offered by The London Chef can also be accessed online and be done in the comfort of your own kitchen. All classes last around one to three hours and the fees are $20-$85.
