The Harborne Food School
The Harborne Food School offers over 60 classes, theming from Amazing Malaysian to Wild Food Forage. The tutors include published authors, industry chefs and specialists in international cuisines. As well as being expert in their chosen cuisines they are all empathetic teachers, great at imparting their skills and bringing the best out in participants.
The classes are suitable for all levels from absolute beginner to experienced home cook, as they are a rich learning and social experience. The minimum class size is 5 – 8 people and goes up to 18 for evening classes and up to 14 for full day classes. But, for bespoke events, such as corporate teambuilding and anniversaries, the maximum attendee number is 40 people. Individuals working in the food industry who want to develop their culinary repertoire are also welcome and invited to call and discuss their specific requirements.
