Sydney Cooking School
Sydney Cooking School was established in 2010 by Executive Chef Brett Deverall. It offers a variety of themed 1-day cooking classes and but also some short courses, which stretch over a 3-4 weeks period.
The formats are suitable to anyone, from the absolute beginner to the more passionate cook and are geared towards being achievable for people to do at home. Their range covers mostly anything a home-cook can think of, from International cuisine, Spanish Paella and Tapas, Mexican and Margaritas, Japanese Sushi, to Delicious Desserts, Chocolate Desserts, Baking, Cake Decorating, Pastry Masterclass and much more.
Quite rightly popular, with a designated area (outside of the Kitchen), are the BBQ classes including Seafood, Greek, Meat Lovers and Aussie BBQ, while the Kids, Teens and Family classes really round-up the range
