Salford College of Hospitality and Management is an innovative educational institution with many opportunities across diverse range of courses from Cookery in Hospitality to front of house, business and management, with the emphasis on linking theory with practice to ensure students receive not only an academic education but practical life experiences.
For domestic students, Salford College provides short courses like “Responsible Service of Alcohol” and “Food Safety Supervisor”, but also offers Vocational School Programs which are held and taught directly on the school sites, for: Certificate III in Business, Certificate II in Kitchen Operations and Certificate III in Hospitality.
International students can also access a varied program at Salford College: Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery, Certificate III and IV in Baking, Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management.
Having many industry relations Salford College helps the students find the best places for their work experiences during their courses, but also to find the right match in the industry for them to be undertaken as apprentices or trainees.
